Dear Parents,
I hope that you are well and have settled nicely into the new term.
Rathmichael School has a Healthy Eating Policy. Please ensure that crisps and chocolate is not packed in your
child’s lunchbox. We recommend a small, fun bar for Friday’s treat.
Please note that while stud earrings are permitted, looped or similar are not on safety grounds. Thank you for
your cooperation in this matter.
When parking for drop off/collection, please be mindful of our neighbours. Please do not park in Woodbrook’s
designated car parking spaces for residents or in St. Anne’s set down spaces. Please note that school begins at
8.40am, children should not be present on site and unsupervised in advance on this time.
We have signed up to take part in the WEEE Ireland Schools Battery Recycling Competition and have ordered
battery collections boxes. You will be advised when we have taken delivery of these. In the meantime, please
collect up your used batteries and these can be brought into school once the collection boxes arrive in.
Schools with the highest weight of batteries will receive a prize
As always, please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries.
