Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Co. Co. have asked us to let you know that they will be planting 3500 Native Trees
on the Shanganah Cliffs area on Saturday, 2 nd and 9 th March. They are encouraging community involvement.

Please note that while stud earrings are permitted, looped or similar are not on safety grounds. Thank you for
your cooperation in this matter.

If your child is receiving SET Teacher support, you will be contacted by the school in the coming weeks either regarding

Fri, 2 nd February Cyber Safety Workshops in 3 rd – 6 th Classes with CyberSafeKids Ireland. Children in 3 rd –

6 th will complete a survey in advance.

Sunday, 4 th February Third & Fourth Class Pupils will be singing in the Peace Proms Concert in the RDS.

Wed, 7 th February CyberSafeKids Ireland to deliver a Parent Session following their workshops in Senior
Classes. This informative session will educate on the importance of web safety, how to
be cyber safe and will speak directly on the ‘popular apps/forums’ as well as on the
apps/forums our pupils are using and talking about.
This will take place at 7.30pm via zoom.

Rathmichael and we are delighted to welcome back. At all times, the children will
remain under the supervision of the class teacher.

Thurs, 7 th March World Book Day. Children are invited to dress up as a character from a favourite book.
